Angeles City Councilor Jesus ‘Jay’ Sangil, Chair of the Committee on Public Works and Co-chair of the Committee on Laws, presides over the hearings on the issue of the The Lord’s Transfiguration Parish raised by the L & S Subdivision Homeowners Association headed by Victor Rolando Jose.
