Despite the rainshowers and gloomy weather, the the City of San Fernando LGU lit up the open grounds of Capital Town for the Kayabe Music Festival.
Headlining this year’s free concert were Arthur Nery and South Border together with various Fernandino performers.
Expressing her support to the Fernandino crowd and youth, Mayor Vilma B. Caluag herself belted out OPM hits onstage before introducing the main acts.
The Kayabe Fest which served as the culminating activity for the Piyestang Fernandino will now be an annual event in the city.
