The Provincial Government of Pampanga, led by Governor Lilia “Nanay” G. Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, has extended ₱8 million worth of medical and financial assistance to more than 200 beneficiaries across the province.
The aid covers patients undergoing chemotherapy, dialysis, surgeries, liver transplants, and other major treatments. Governor and Vice Governor Pineda personally led the distribution at the Capitol, taking time to meet and listen to each recipient.

Among the beneficiaries was five-year-old Scarlet, one of 47 chemotherapy patients who regularly receive support from the Capitol. Diagnosed with eye cancer two years ago, Scarlet lost one eye after multiple chemotherapy sessions. Deeply moved by her story, Governor Pineda vowed to provide her with an artificial eye — a gesture of hope and compassion for the young survivor.
“Sobrang salamat po, Nanay, sa tulong niyo sa anak ko,” said Marlyn, Scarlet’s mother.
Also present during the distribution were Board Members Fritzie David-Dizon, Cherry Manalo, Christian Halili, Dr. Kaye Naguit, and Maynard Lapid.
This initiative reflects the provincial government’s steadfast commitment to making healthcare accessible and ensuring that every Kapampangan, especially those in critical condition, receives the care and assistance they need.
