For MassKara Festival 2025, PHINMA Properties brought the vibrant spirit of Bacolod to life at its newest development, Saludad Township, marking the township’s first-ever celebration of the city’s iconic festival.

Held on October 18, the Saludad Socials event transformed the Saludad Sales Pavilion into a lively hub of color, culture, and community. Families, friends, and future residents gathered for a day filled with creative workshops, local marketplaces, and interactive experiences that reflected Bacolod’s warmth and artistry.

Guests joined activities such as piaya pressing, cocktail mixing, and wine-and-paint sessions, while children enjoyed crafts and mask-making in the Kids’ Activity Zone. The event culminated with a MassKara Dance Showcase and live performances, celebrating Bacolod’s joyful energy.

Developed by PHINMA Properties in partnership with JEPP Real Estate Co. and designed by Royal Pineda+, Saludad is envisioned as Bacolod’s next lifestyle and cultural hub — blending residential, educational, and hospitality spaces with people-centered urban design.

Through this inaugural celebration, PHINMA Properties showcased Saludad not only as a township for the future, but as a place where every day captures the color, connection, and spirit of MassKara.
