Cebu Pacific and UNICEF have reached a milestone in their ongoing efforts to uplift the lives of vulnerable children in the Philippines, raising over ₱100 million through the airline’s inflight fundraising program, 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝. Since its launch in 2016, this initiative has enabled passengers to donate spare change in any currency during flights, converting these contributions into essential health, nutrition, education, and emergency relief services for children nationwide.

“We’re incredibly proud of our partnership with UNICEF through Change for Good. This program lets us go beyond flying passengers to creating real, lasting change for children,” shared Candice Iyog, CEB Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer. “Hitting the ₱100-million mark not only strengthens our resolve but inspires us to keep building a better future for every Juan.”

Earlier this year, Cebu Pacific renewed its partnership with UNICEF under the Country Programme for Children, extending the program’s reach and impact from 2024 to 2028. This new phase aims to bring crucial support to even more communities across the Philippines.

“Cebu Pacific’s dedication has created positive, lasting impacts in communities, and we are deeply thankful to all passengers who have contributed to this cause,” said Behzad Noubary, UNICEF’s Deputy Representative to the Philippines.

Cebu Pacific stands as UNICEF’s sole airline partner in Southeast Asia for the Change for Good campaign and remains the only carrier actively raising funds for children in its home country, setting an inspiring precedent in corporate responsibility.
