โWeโre honored to be recognized for our first Integrated Report,โ said Aileen Isidro, CEB Vice President for Corporate Strategy and Risk Officer. โBeing transparent about how we run our business is part of how we build trust. It helps us stay efficient, manage resources well, and continue offering affordable and sustainable travel for everyone.โ
The AIRA, organized by Singapore-based CSRWorks International, is considered the regionโs leading platform for recognizing excellence in integrated reporting. It highlights how organizations communicate long-term value creation by connecting financial performance with governance, sustainability, and strategy.
โWe congratulate Cebu Pacific for advancing the practice of integrated reporting and demonstrating how transparency and integrated thinking can drive value creation,โ said Rajesh Chhabara, Founder of the Asia Integrated Reporting Awards and Managing Director of CSRWorks International. โTheir report exemplifies how leading organizations bridge financial and non-financial performance to build resilience and long-term trust.โ
Now in its 11th year, the AIRA drew entries from top companies across seven countries and various industries. Winners were selected through a rigorous, multi-phase evaluation process involving detailed assessments, independent reviews, and stakeholder reputation checks.
Cebu Pacific released its first Integrated Report in 2024, presenting a comprehensive view of how it creates long-term value by aligning strategy, governance, and performance. The report outlines the airlineโs efforts to strengthen its financial position while investing in new-generation aircraft, digital innovation, and sustainability initiatives to support long-term growth and operational efficiency.
