Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. took part in two key meetings at the House of Representatives on August 11, 2025, aimed at advancing regional development and public service delivery.
In the Budget Briefing and Consultation with Regional Directors, Cong Pogi met with Nueva Ecija 3rd District Representative Julius Cesar Vergara, DOT Region 3 Director Richard Daenos, Chief Tourism Operations Officer Ronsan Pelariza, and Dr. Monserratt Chichioco of Jose B. Lingad Memorial Regional Hospital to tackle budget priorities and agency programs for Central Luzon.
Cong Pogi also attended the Briefing and Orientation for the Midterm Updating of the Investment Program with DEVDEP NEDA Region 3, where discussions centered on development priorities for the region. The session was attended by former President and now Pampanga 2nd District Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Rep. Vergara, and Tarlac 3rd District Representative Noel Rivera.
These meetings underscore Lazatin’s continued engagement with regional and national leaders to secure resources and push forward infrastructure, tourism, healthcare, and economic initiatives for Pampanga’s First District.
