Converge bolsters enterprise, SME push with new world-class leaders

Leading fixed broadband and technology solutions provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is strengthening its leadership team as it accelerates its transformation from a fiber internet provider into a full-scale technology company, with a growing focus on the enterprise and business-to-business (B2B) market.

As demand from large companies and diverse industries continues to evolve, Converge is expanding its B2B offerings through innovative digital solutions, reinforced by the recent launch of the Converge Global Business headquarters in November. This move signals the company’s deeper commitment to serving enterprise and wholesale clients.

Heading Converge’s enterprise initiatives is Grace Jarin-Castillo, a seasoned industry leader with more than 35 years of experience in enterprise business development and over a decade specializing in solution-selling to top enterprises. A pioneer in corporate data business in developed markets, Jarin-Castillo brings extensive expertise in data centers, managed services, cloud, hosted services, mobility solutions, and other value-added offerings for enterprise and wholesale markets.

To further strengthen its B2B portfolio, Converge has also appointed Dindo Marzan as head of its SME Business Group. Marzan brings over 20 years of experience in developing and commercializing technology platforms across emerging and developed markets. Prior to joining Converge, he served as chief operating officer of BayaniPay, where he helped scale the Los Angeles-based fintech startup to $200 million in gross transaction value and led its expansion across North America. In his new role, Marzan will focus on driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing Converge’s position in the SME segment. His career includes leadership roles at True Digital Group, Voyager Innovations, ABS-CBN, Globe Telecom, and Mozcom.

Underscoring its continued investment in people as it evolves into a technology company, Converge also strengthened its People and Culture group with the appointment of Mylene S. Sardinia as a C-level executive in October 2025. Sardinia brings over 25 years of leadership experience in human capital strategy, business transformation, and organizational development across the BPO, HR outsourcing, and media sectors. Before joining Converge, she served as Chief People Officer and Senior Director for Operations at Business Process Outsourcing International, a pioneer in HR and finance and accounting outsourcing.

With these strategic appointments, Converge reinforces its commitment to delivering world-class solutions to enterprise and SME clients while building a strong organization to support its long-term growth.
