Converge ICT Solutions Inc. (PSE: CNVRG) reported robust double-digit growth in the first half of 2025, driven by sustained demand for its residential and enterprise services, alongside bold moves to transform into a leading technology company.

Consolidated revenues climbed 11.6% year-on-year to โ‚ฑ21.8 billion, while net income jumped 12.4% to โ‚ฑ5.9 billion. Residential revenues reached โ‚ฑ18.4 billion, up 10.4%, and enterprise revenues surged 18.3% to โ‚ฑ3.4 billion.

In the first six months, the company added more than 260,000 residential fiber subscribers, bringing its total base to 2.8 million.

โ€œWeโ€™re making significant strides in building digital infrastructure, enhancing our product portfolio, and strengthening our leadership team,โ€ said Converge CEO and Co-Founder Dennis Anthony Uy. โ€œOur goal is to enrich the lives of every Filipino through digital innovation.โ€

Marking its transition from telecom provider to tech leader, Converge unveiled a refreshed corporate identity and expanded capabilities, including the certification of its Caloocan Data Center as the countryโ€™s first Tier III facility accredited by the New York-based Uptime Institute.

The company also boosted its global connectivity with the landing of the trans-Pacific Bifrost Cable System in Davao, positioning it to serve wholesale customers with greater speed, resilience, and capacity.

On the product front, Converge launched Super FiberX, bundling broadband with the upgraded Xperience Hub Android box for enhanced functionality.

Leadership changes were also announced:

  • Park Weongi, former CEO of NAVER Cloud, joined the Board of Directors.
  • Benjamin Rex Emilio B. Azada was appointed Chief Operations Officer.
  • Atty. Laurice Esteban-Tuason assumed the additional role of Corporate Sustainability Officer.
  • Christine Renee Blabagno became Chief Risk Officer.

Convergeโ€™s corporate governance efforts were recognized at the ASEAN Corporate Governance Awards 2025, earning spots among the Top 5 publicly listed companies in the Philippines and the Top 50 in ASEAN.

It also swept all four major categories at the Ookla Speedtest Awards โ€” Fastest Fixed Network, Best Video Experience, Top Internet Provider in Gaming, and Best Fixed Network โ€” cementing its position as the countryโ€™s fiber internet leader.
