On behalf of the Kapampangan people, Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda has extended gratitude to Senator Lito Lapid and Senator Mark Villar for sponsoring the bill declaring Pampanga as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines. Gov. Delta I also thanked the 21 senators who voted to pass the bill on its third and final reading, and expressed special appreciation to Kapampangan legislators Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, Ana York Bondoc, Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio ‘Dong’ Gonzales, Jr. and Carmelo ‘Jon’ B. Lazatin II.
