The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) conducted its 55th Apprenticeship Program Immersion Activity in Mabalacat City today.
A total of thirty-five (35) DILG immersions from various regions in the Philippines undergo this in-depth and comprehensive training program.
In Mabalacat City, DILG interviewed department heads and gathered data on best practices such as leadership, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. The objective is to produce a study that provides recommended solutions for the problematic cases in the LGU.



At the forefront is Mayor Cris Garbo, supported by City Councilors β Carlo Dizon and LNB President β Elmer Mendiola, City Administrator β Franco Alejo, City Local Government Operations Officer VI β Rowena S. Ocampo, and all the Barangay Captains of Mabalacat City.
