Fifteen (15) Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from Region 3 joined the International Food Exhibition (IFEX) from May 26-28, 2023 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.

IFEX, now on its 16th edition, is the Philippineโ€™s biggest international food trade fair show. The event is organized by the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM), the Department of Trade and Industryโ€™s (DTI) export promotions arm.

More than 500 exhibitors joined and showcased a diverse range of food products. Participants included 4 MSMEs from Bulacan, 2 MSMEs each from Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales and 1 from Aurora province.

The participating producers from Central Luzon are GMA Farms, Bagakeรฑo Cashew Nuts and Gen. Merchandise, Amandaโ€™s Marine Products, Sta. Maria Dairy, Seven C Corporation, Angel-Spice Mushroom Station, RamC Food Industry, Forturo Foods Manufacturing, RedJ Mushroom Farm, Lola Puringโ€™s Food Products, Apung Ota Brownies and Delicacies, RP Corpus Sales Enterprise, Pindangan MPC, Green Thumb Agri Products and Soniaโ€™s Sweets.
