Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Tarlac, in partnership with Tarlac State University (TSU), trained Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs) on Strategic Business Planning. This is part of the agencyโs Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) for farmers.
DTI Tarlac Trade-Industry Development Specialist Paolo Manese said the training is geared towards guiding ARBOs on the process of creating business strategies and plans in order to implement their organizationsโ vision and achieve their goals over time.
โThe seminar is very important to our assisted ARBOs and CARPreneurs. With this, they will be able to prepare for the demands and challenges that their organizations are currently facing and will face in the future,โ he said.
Topics discussed include Sแดสแดษดษขแดส, Wแดแดแดษดแดssแดs, Oแดแดแดสแดแดษดษชแดษชแดs, แดษดแด Tสสแดแดแดs (SWOT) แดษดแด Pแดสษชแดษชแดแดส, Eแดแดษดแดแดษชแด, Sแดแดษชแดส, Tแดแดสษดแดสแดษขษชแดแดส, Lแดษขแดส, แดษดแด Eษดแด ษชสแดษดแดแดษดแดแดส (PESTLE) Fแดแดแดแดสs Aษดแดสสsแดs to help in the development of an organization and save it from potential decline.
The implementation of business strategies, particularly strategizing especially when a business encounters challenges and bad feedback from clients was also discussed; as well as creating time frame in the application of an organizationโs long-term and short-term goals.
About 21 members from various ARBOs in the municipalities of Lแด Pแดแดข, Gแดสแดษดแด, Cแดษดแดแดแดแดษชแดษด, Cแดแดษชสษชษดษข, Sแดษดแดแด Iษขษดแดแดษชแด, แดษดแด Pแดษดษชวซแดษช participated in the program. (PIA-3)
