The inaugural Civic Parade of the Balacat Festival 2025 was successfully held on March 14, 2025. The parade, which began at Skytech in Camachiles, Mabalacat City, was participated in by a variety of civic organizations.
Among those who took part in the historic event were:

- Mabalacat Boy Scouts of the Philippines
- Tau Gamma Phi/Sigma
- Sibul Ning Kalalangan / MCC Pantalakayan
- City Agriculture and Fishery Council
- Mabalacat City Public Market Vendors Association
- Eagles Club of Mabalacat City
- Jolibee Dau Mabalacat
The parade was organized by the Balacat Secretariat, along with the Marketing and Promotion, Programs and Documentation Committees, and was supported by marshals from the Business Permits and License Unit.
This milestone event highlighted the spirit of unity, culture, and community, adding even more significance to the Balacat Festival 2025.
