The Central Luzon Integrated Oncology Centre (CLIOC) inaugurated its Radixact System for Cancer care.  With the aim to  improve the lives of patients, the Cancer treatment equipment is another first, not only in Pampanga but also in the whole country.

“Through the new system, there will be a quicker time frame and the machine is  focused on the treatment area. We are proud to introduce the next level precision for cancer treatment,” said CLIOC General Manager Jerome Paule.

By a wide margin, most patients who visit the facility have breast cancer, ob-gyne cases come second, followed by head and neck related cancers.

“Our vision for a cancer center in the city started in 2017 and was launched in 2019…now, we have a new technology to preserve the patients’ quality of life,” shared City Mayor Vilma Caluag.

The CLIOC is located inside Mother Teresa of Calcutta Medical Center Compound along Macarthur Highway, Brgy. Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
