The Local Government Unit of Floridablanca, Pampanga has partnered with Pampanga State University (PSU) to promote responsible public service and advance sustainable development goals.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Engr. Rhoderick Favorito, director of PSU’s Extension Services Office, on behalf of PSU president Dr. Enrique G. Baking, and Floridablanca Mayor Michael L. Galang.

The collaboration will focus on community development, education and training, research and innovation, technical advisory services, capacity building for LGU personnel, policy support, and programs on environmental protection, health promotion, and disaster resilience.

Witnesses included Hon. Michael John S. Ronquillo, SK President of Floridablanca, and ESO center managers Engr. Inla Diana Salonga, Eloisa G. Mendoza, and Ma. Ferdelyn M. Coutinho.
