First Lady Maria Louise “Liza” Araneta-Marcos brought the Lab For All health and government service caravan to Tarlac on Monday, October 21, offering free medical checkups and essential public services to residents.

Expressing her fondness for the province, the First Lady shared, “Excited na excited akong pumunta rito sa Tarlac kasi malapit sa puso ang province na ito. Noong maliit kami, every Holy Week dito kami pumupunta… love na love ko ‘yong Tarlac.”

She said the Lab For All initiative, launched under the Marcos administration, aims to make government services more accessible, particularly in health and social welfare.

Tarlac Governor Christian Yap welcomed the First Lady and lauded the program’s impact on local communities.

“Napaka-suwerte po natin at nagkaroon tayo ng ganitong okasyon… Ang Lab For All ay tumutulong sa mga programang pangkalusugan, lalo na sa preventive health care,” Yap said.

The one-day caravan featured free medical consultations, TESDA’s Kayang-Kaya Serbisyo Caravan, Negosyo 3M (Mentorship, Money, Market), EGov App registration, Nanay First 1,000 Days Booth, and Go Negosyo assistance.

Adding to the initiative’s legacy, Liza Gokongwei-Cheng of the Universal Cultural Foundation, Inc. turned over a mobile clinic with basic laboratory services to further strengthen healthcare delivery in the province.

The event highlighted the strong partnership between the Provincial Government of Tarlac and the National Government in bringing inclusive, community-centered services closer to every Filipino.
