Former Angeles City First Lady Herminia De Guzman-Pamintuan visited Angeles City Hall on Tuesday, 09 January. On behalf of Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr., she was welcomed by Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel.
Pamintuan is a known culture and arts advocate. She also served as a member of the board of judges during the Mutya Ning Angeles 2023 Grand Coronation held last December.
