Insular Life (InLife), the country’s first and largest Filipino life insurance company, has once again been recognized as one of the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia — marking its third consecutive win.
On top of this milestone, InLife also received two special honors from HR Asia: the Most Caring Company Award and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award, underscoring its commitment to employee well-being and inclusive workplace culture.

Earlier this month, InLife also shone at the HR Excellence Awards, another prestigious regional program celebrating HR innovation. The company earned three silver awards for Employee Advocacy and Brand Ambassadors, HR Communication Strategy, and Best HR Team.
In addition, InLife was named finalist in several major categories including Employer of the Year, Employee Engagement, Workplace Wellbeing, Cross-Generational Workforce Engagement, and Employee Volunteerism.
