Guagua Mayor Ton Torres expressed his gratitude to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) for their recent visit and for sharing positive developments in the municipality’s district jail facilities.

The BJMP Guagua Male Dormitory is currently managed by JSUPT Edmund L. Llamasares, while the Female Dormitory is under the supervision of JSINSP Ressie R. Dante.

Mayor Torres highlighted that persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) in Guagua are actively engaged in livelihood activities to help earn income for their families. He encouraged the public to support the products made by the PDLs as part of the government’s rehabilitation and reintegration efforts.
