Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda was named “Most Outstanding Honorary Minaleรฑo” during the 2024 Most Outstanding Minaleรฑo Awards, part of the Aldo ning Balen ning Minalin celebration on August 27, 2024.

Known as “The Doer,” Governor Pineda was recognized for his strong leadership and dedication to the welfare of Minaleรฑos and all Kapampangans. His administration is noted for effective disaster management, public health initiatives, and economic recovery, including guiding Pampanga through the COVID-19 pandemic and launching the “Alagang Nanay” health program.

He has also transformed the quarry industry into a major revenue source and implemented key projects in Minalin, such as infrastructure upgrades and relief operations during natural calamities.

The governor expressed gratitude to the Minaleรฑos for recognizing his commitment to public service and contributions to the province’s progress.

โ€œBilang pu commitment and pasalamat. Asahan yu pu hanggang atyu ku keni, ali ke paburen ing balen at reng memalen Minalin,โ€ he said.

4th District Representative Anna York Bondoc was also recognized as the adopted daughter of Minalin during the ceremony.

In addition to Governor Pineda, 13 other outstanding Minaleรฑos were honored for their contributions in various fields.
