First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos led the groundbreaking rites which signals the actual start of construction of the Medical Arts, Renal and Pediatric buildings of the Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center.
This is part of the medical campus master-planned under the Marcos Administration, and shall include specialty centers like Pediatrics, Cardiology, Renal Diseases and Oncology, and have a 1200 bed capacity.
Also present during the groundbreaking were Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda, CDC President Agnes Devanadera, DOH Secretary Ted Herbosa and representatives from partner organizations Thaison Builders and Bloomberry Resorts Corporation.
The Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center, which is a priority project of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., will rise at Prince Balagtas Avenue, Clark Freeport Zone.
