Hann Resorts: The Culinary Capital of Clark

Executive Chef Rob Czeschka served up a storm at Clark Marriott Hotel’s Smoki Moto, proving to all and sundry that Hann Resorts is well deserving of the ‘π‘ͺπ’–π’π’Šπ’π’‚π’“π’š π‘ͺπ’‚π’‘π’Šπ’•π’‚π’ 𝒐𝒇 π‘ͺπ’π’‚π’“π’Œ’ stamp.

Members of the Pampanga media were welcomed with π‘…π‘’π‘š 𝐸𝑐𝑙𝑖𝑝𝑠𝑒, which was followed by Smoki Moto’s signature π‘†π‘šπ‘œπ‘˜π‘’π‘‘ πΆπ‘œπ‘π‘˜π‘‘π‘Žπ‘–π‘™.

π»π‘œπ‘Ÿπ‘  π·β€™π‘œπ‘’π‘’π‘£π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘ , π‘ π‘Žπ‘™π‘Žπ‘‘, πΎπ‘–π‘šπ‘β„Žπ‘– & π΅π‘Žπ‘›π‘β„Žπ‘Žπ‘› π‘ π‘’π‘™π‘’π‘π‘‘π‘–π‘œπ‘›, and πΎπ‘œπ‘Ÿπ‘’π‘Žπ‘› π‘π‘œπ‘Ÿπ‘› π‘‘π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘ π‘ π‘–π‘›π‘” 𝑖𝑛𝑓𝑒𝑠𝑒𝑑 π‘Ÿπ‘œπ‘Žπ‘ π‘‘π‘’π‘‘ π‘”π‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘™π‘–π‘ π‘π‘Žπ‘”π‘’π‘’π‘‘π‘‘π‘’ prepared the palates for the gastronomic main entree up ahead: the signature Seoul-brushed Rib-Eye Steak.

The star of the show was perfectly backed by π‘π‘–π‘›π‘˜ π‘π‘’π‘π‘π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘π‘œπ‘Ÿπ‘› π‘‘π‘’π‘šπ‘–-π‘”π‘™π‘Žπ‘π‘’, β„Žπ‘’π‘Ÿπ‘ π‘π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘ π‘‘π‘’π‘‘ π‘‘π‘œπ‘šπ‘Žπ‘‘π‘œ, π‘”π‘Ÿπ‘–π‘™π‘™π‘’π‘‘ π‘Žπ‘ π‘π‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘Žπ‘”π‘’π‘  𝑑𝑖𝑝𝑠, π‘Žπ‘›π‘‘ π‘šπ‘Žπ‘ β„Žπ‘’π‘‘ π‘π‘œπ‘‘π‘Žπ‘‘π‘œπ‘’π‘ .

The feast was complemented by pristine Australian πΊπ‘Ÿπ‘œπ‘€π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘  πΊπ‘Žπ‘‘π‘’ π‘π‘Žπ‘π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘›π‘’π‘‘ π‘ π‘Žπ‘’π‘£π‘–π‘”π‘›π‘œπ‘›.

An explosive meal deserves an equally explosive closing. Dessert came in the form of Mt. Pinatubo Delight, gooey chocolate molten lava cake, splashed with vanilla custard sauce, citrus & berries.

Everyone left Smoki Moto with satisfied tummies, nourished souls and uplifted spirits. May have been raining the last few days, but this gastronomic journey succeeded in bringing the sunshine, with the right dose of happy.
