𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐤

Executive Chef Rob Czeschka served up a storm at Clark Marriott Hotel’s Smoki Moto, proving to all and sundry that Hann Resorts is well deserving of the ‘𝑪𝒖𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒌’ stamp.

Members of the Pampanga media were welcomed with 𝑅𝑢𝑚 𝐸𝑐𝑙𝑖𝑝𝑠𝑒, which was followed by Smoki Moto’s signature 𝑆𝑚𝑜𝑘𝑒𝑑 𝐶𝑜𝑐𝑘𝑡𝑎𝑖𝑙.

𝐻𝑜𝑟𝑠 𝐷’𝑜𝑒𝑢𝑣𝑟𝑒𝑠, 𝑠𝑎𝑙𝑎𝑑, 𝐾𝑖𝑚𝑐ℎ𝑖 & 𝐵𝑎𝑛𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑛 𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛, and 𝐾𝑜𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑛 𝑐𝑜𝑟𝑛 𝑑𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑛𝑓𝑢𝑠𝑒𝑑 𝑟𝑜𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑔𝑎𝑟𝑙𝑖𝑐 𝑏𝑎𝑔𝑢𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑒 prepared the palates for the gastronomic main entree up ahead: the signature 𝐒𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐥-𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐛-𝐄𝐲𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐤.

The star of the show was perfectly backed by 𝑝𝑖𝑛𝑘 𝑝𝑒𝑝𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑐𝑜𝑟𝑛 𝑑𝑒𝑚𝑖-𝑔𝑙𝑎𝑐𝑒, ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑏 𝑐𝑟𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑜, 𝑔𝑟𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑑 𝑎𝑠𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑎𝑔𝑢𝑠 𝑡𝑖𝑝𝑠, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑚𝑎𝑠ℎ𝑒𝑑 𝑝𝑜𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑜𝑒𝑠.

The feast was complemented by pristine Australian 𝐺𝑟𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝐺𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑐𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑡 𝑠𝑎𝑢𝑣𝑖𝑔𝑛𝑜𝑛.

An explosive meal deserves an equally explosive closing. Dessert came in the form of 𝐌𝐭. 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐛𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, gooey chocolate molten lava cake, splashed with vanilla custard sauce, citrus & berries.

Everyone left Smoki Moto with satisfied tummies, nourished souls and uplifted spirits. May have been raining the last few days, but this gastronomic journey succeeded in bringing the sunshine, with the right dose of happy.
