JDN Realty Group officially joins the ranks of the country’s most employee-centric companies as it received its first-ever Great Place to Work® Certification in a ceremony held at Nepo Center, Angeles City.
The recognition, awarded by Great Place to Work Philippines, celebrates JDN Realty Group’s commitment to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in trust, respect, and people-first values. The certification, which covers the period November 2025 to November 2026, makes JDN one of the few real estate companies to achieve this distinction—a recognition more commonly associated with the BPO sector.
The official Great Place to Work badge was presented by representatives from the organization, including Sharon Paunan, Customer Success Manager, PH, ASEAN and ANZ; Bianca Patenia, Client Solutions Manager, PH; Andrea Guerrero, People and Culture Admin Executive; and Jasmine Abrenica, Marketing Business Partner.
