Pampanga Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda is encouraging Kapampangan youth to attend a Kulitan Workshop on Tuesday, 20 August 2024, 8am to 5pm at the Capitol Compound.
Aguman Sinupan Singsing Inc. founder Mike Pangilinan is the resource person. Admission is FREE.
This workshop is a partnership between the Arts Culture and Tourism Office-Pampanga and the Foundation for Lingap Kapampangan.
