The city government-run Kapebaluan café released its first ever loyalty cards to reward its hard working patrons with free drinks, in conjunction with the Labor Day celebration.
With the Kapebaluan Loyalty Cards, valid from May 1 to 31, 2023, holders may get a free drink of their choice after collecting seven stamps which are also acquired thru purchasing the delightful drinks offered by the café.
Each purchase of the usual Kapebaluan drinks will account for a single stamp, while seasonal summer drinks, including the Strawberry Lemon Mint Soda and Strawberry Banana Yogurt, will merit a double stamp.
Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. said that the promotion is the city government’s way to pay tribute to the honest and dedicated work of the public, especially the Angeleños for the previous year, while also rewarding loyal Kapebaluan customers.
“This is our treat for those who made ample contributions to the economy and development of Angeles City and loyal patrons of our very own Kapebaluan,” Lazatin said.
Kapebaluan is located at the ground floor of the City Library in Barangay Sto. Rosario, and is being managed by the Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (ACEDIPO) led by Irish Bonus-Llego, under the supervision of Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel.
The café is established for the sole purpose of reinforcing the livelihood of Aeta coffee farmers situated in Angeles City thru the procurement and promotion of their yields.
