The renowned Kape Angeleno blend from Angeles City, Pampanga was presented to Tagum City Mayor Rey T. Uy during the Department of Transportationโ€™s (DOTr) visit for updates and discussions on the Mindanao Rail Project (MRP).

Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez affirmed that funding for the projectโ€™s Right-of-Way and Site Acquisition (ROWSA) is ready, following President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.โ€™s directive to proceed with ROWSA acquisition for all ongoing rail initiatives.

Also present during the engagement were Architect Louella May Apurada-Dumadag, City Planning Development Coordinator and MRP Tagum Segment Coordinating Committee Action Officer; City Administrator Edgar de Guzman; Engr. Sunshine C. Dafielmoto, City Housing and Land Management Officer; DOTr representatives Anneleen Sugui and Kinly Torreda; and the MRP Tagum City Team.
