Pampanga First District Congressman-elect Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. and Mayor-elect Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II led the commemoration of the 91st birth anniversary of their late father, former three-term Angeles City Mayor and Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Tarzan” Lazatin, on June 28, 2025.
