The Pampanga Provincial Police Office (PPO) has launched a province-wide “Libreng Sakay” initiative offering free transportation services to assist residents affected by heavy rains and flooding.

The program, spearheaded by Police Colonel Eugene M. Marcelo, aims to provide accessible and reliable transport to those in need, especially individuals stranded or displaced due to weather disturbances.

“Sa bawat biyahe, nagdadala tayo ng pag-asa at malasakit,” said PCOL Marcelo, emphasizing the program’s mission to bring hope and compassion to the public during challenging times.

Libreng Sakay units are deployed across various parts of Pampanga, operating from morning until evening to support residents’ mobility and access to essential destinations.
