The Visayas and Mindanao grids are under normal condition.

A 𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭 is issued when the operating margin is insufficient to meet the transmission grid’s contingency requirement.
