A 1,500-square-meter commercial lot in Camp John Hay has been leased by **Stern Real Estate and Development Corporation, developer of Le Monet Hotel, to support increased tourism activity and job creation in the area.

The 25-year lease agreement was signed by BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang and Stern Executive Vice President Eric Owen G. Singson, Jr., marking the start of Stern’s expansion in Camp John Hay.

The project will add at least 70 hotel rooms, nearly doubling Le Monet Hotel’s current capacity. The expansion is expected to generate employment opportunities, attract more visitors, and stimulate commercial activity within the zone.

Also present during the signing were John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) President and CEO Manjit T. Singh Reandi, JHMC Vice President and COO Jane Theresa G. Tabalingcos, and BCDA Officer-in-Charge Senior Vice President Mark P. Torres.
