The members of the GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) of Mabalacat City convened for its Annual Workshop on GAD Plan and Budget and Orientation on Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG) for FY 2025 held at the Mansion Garden Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales from February 06 to 09, 2024.
The City Population, Gender and Development Office (POPGAD) as the official secretariat to the said council led and facilitated the said activity with the support of its Technical Working Group (TWG), Local Finance Committee (LFC) together with the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod – Hon. Rox Peña and Hon. Cherry Manalo, City Administrator Franco Alejo Madlangbayan (representing Mayor Crisostomo Garbo), and Ms. Rowena S. Ocampo, DILG-Mabalacat, LGOO VI.
