The Angeles City Government announces that the Mutya Ning Angeles screening is happening on September 7 at Prime City Hotel from 9am to 4pm. Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. said the prestigious pageant, which is in its 31st year, will be held on November 30 at the Grand Palazzo Royale.

Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, co-chair of the heads MNA 2023 committee, said all who are interested to join the pageant are encouraged to walk in at the selection venue from 1 PM to 4 PM. This is the grand chance for Angeleñas to showcase their beauty and wit, with the hope of landing on the Mutya Ning Angeles 2023 centerstage.

According to Manuel, the pageant, which is a symbol of the Angeleños’ resiliency, is being co-presented by the Beautéderm Corporation led by President and Chief Executive Officer Rei Anicoche-Tan.

Manuel also thanked Prime City, led by Luchie Lozano, who serves as one of the sponsors of the MNA 2023.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐍𝐀 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑:
📍Must be 18 to 24 years old
📍Single; never been married or pregnant
📍At least 5’4” in height
📍Completed at least Junior High School
📍Must not have been a grand winner of any local, regional, national, and/or international beauty pageant
📍Must be a bonafide resident of Angeles City.

Manuel and Antonio-Sugui are joined by Lazatin’s Chief Adviser IC Calaguas also as one of the heads of the committee; Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officer Irish Bonus-Llego, and ACTO Consultant Cecille Flores-Sanchez.

Frederick Policarpio, Poklong Guina, and Gerome Esguerra will also assist the city’s prestigious event with Marlon Tuazon, Rosette Ramos-Biag, and Marna Dagumboy-Del Rosario.
