Mabalacat City College (MCC), represented by President Dr. Michelle Aguilar-Ong, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ming Chi University of Technology, Taiwan, represented by President Dr. Thu-Hua Liu,on June 4, 2024, to establish future student exchanges, research collaborations, transnational education, and faculty development programs.
