Journalist and social media personality Marc Logan showed a “WOW” reaction to ‘Kapebaluan’, the cafe run by the Angeles City Government,.

Logan’s recent Facebook post showed him visiting the Kapabeluan located at the ground floor of the City Library in Barangay Sto. Rosario, trying the menu, including its Angeleño blend coffee and refreshments, as well as its bestseller pastry, tuna panini. 

Kapebaluan is a priority project of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. to assist the livelihood of local coffee farmers.
