Bigger, juicier, and more flavorful—McDonald’s Philippines has just made its iconic Chicken McDo even better. Starting April 21, fans of the crispy favorite can finally taste what the buzz is all about: the 𝐌𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐢, 𝐌𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐩 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐜𝐃𝐨.

“We’re taking fried chicken to the next level,” said Ada Lazaro, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of McDonald’s Philippines. “This upgrade isn’t just about size—it’s about delivering a more satisfying taste experience. Filipinos deserve the best, and that’s what we’re giving them.”

So what’s the secret behind the improved Chicken McDo?

According to Lazaro, it’s all in the cooking. “We now fry our chicken in smaller batches to lock in the juiciness, and we’ve updated our marinating process so each piece is packed with flavor all the way through.”

To ensure consistent quality, McDonald’s has also been training a team of in-store “Chicken Experts” to make sure every Chicken McDo is served perfectly cooked and delicious.

Despite the upgrades, the Much Malaki, Much Pinasarap Chicken McDo remains wallet-friendly. You can still enjoy a complete meal—with rice and a drink—for just ₱99.

Available nationwide starting April 21, this new and improved Chicken McDo can be enjoyed through dine-in, take-out, drive-thru, and delivery.
