Capital Town Pampanga launched its 2023 Christmas Special through Hugs and Holidays program.
As City of San Fernando Mayor Vilma Caluag together with Tourism Officer Ching Pangilinan pushed the launch button, the clock tower building was lighted up and foam snow filled the area with a joyous yuletide spirit.
The property was also decorated with a Christmas light projection as choirs sang live and McDonald’s mascots Birdie, Grimace and Hamburglar entertained kids and kids-at-heart.
