Leading property developer Megaworld is further expanding its residential offerings in Pampanga with the launch of Saint-Marcel Residences, a Parisian-inspired, 17-story condominium in the 35.6-hectare Capital Town in the City of San Fernando. This new development will add 361 smart home units to Megaworld’s growing portfolio in the area, bringing the total inventory in Pampanga to over 1,300 units.

The striking white façade of Saint-Marcel Residences draws inspiration from modern French architecture, featuring expansive windows for natural light, clean lines, and floral accents at the podium. Megaworld expects to generate around P3.5 billion in sales from Saint-Marcel Residences, with turnover slated for 2030. This development joins the company’s other notable projects in Capital Town, including the award-winning Chelsea Parkplace, Bryant Parklane, and Montrose Parkview, further solidifying Megaworld’s presence in Pampanga’s booming real estate market.
