Mabalacat City Mayor Cris Garbo is requesting for more prayers for Nashlie Porras, a child from Sapang Biabas Phase 1, who was diagnosed with Club Foot, a type of birth defect where one or both feet are rotated inward and downward.
Early on, Mayor Garbo extended assistance to Nashlie, who underwent surgery at the JBL Regional Memorial Hospital. Post surgery, Nashlie needs a sidecar on their motorcycle for her transport needs.
Mayor Cris Garbo once has already ordered the construction of a sidecar so that a tricycle can be used to transport the child.
