The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Region 3, led by Atty. Renoir Baldovino, arrested 21-year-old Senior High School student Sheila Gonzales on October 14, 2025, for allegedly being behind the bomb threat made against F.G. Nepomuceno Memorial High School.

Investigators said Gonzales used a dummy Facebook account under the name “Miles Manunulat” to send the false threat.

It may be recalled that on October 9, 2025, Congressman Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. requested NBI assistance to track down those responsible for the recent bomb threat hoaxes targeting schools in Angeles City’s First District.

Lazatin earlier warned perpetrators to stop the scare tactics, saying, “With the NBI onboard, you will be arrested.”

The operation was conducted with the help of Barangay Pandan Captain Cors Alejandrino and her team.
