JDN Realty Group has officially renewed and expanded its partnership with PLDT Inc., the country’s leading telecom provider, in a ceremonial signing at the JDN Boardroom in Entec 1, Nepo Center. The agreement marks a major step in JDN’s regional growth strategy, powered by connectivity, innovation, and community-centered development.

At the core of this renewed alliance is the integration of PLDT’s fiber-powered infrastructure into Nepo Mall Jaen, JDN’s newest project in Nueva Ecija. This move not only reinforces JDN’s expansion into Central Luzon, but also brings high-speed digital services to underserved provincial markets.

“Connectivity is no longer a luxury—it’s the foundation of modern growth,” said Dianne Castillo of JDN. “This partnership supports our vision of building commercial communities that are vibrant, connected, and built to last.”

The collaboration enables Nepo Mall Jaen to serve as a digitally enabled hub for retail, small businesses, BPOs, and tech startups—backed by PLDT’s robust fiber network and enterprise solutions. Jay Lagdameo, PLDT VP and Enterprise Revenue Head, emphasized their shared vision: “We both aim to deliver secure, meaningful connections—from homes to enterprises, from retail to cloud solutions.”

For PLDT, the partnership opens doors to extend its services to more communities. For JDN, it ensures its developments are future-ready, resilient, and built around modern digital needs.

“This doesn’t feel like a province anymore,” said Ritchie Fong of PLDT. “It feels like a connected city—just more relaxed. JDN has played a major role in shaping that transformation.”

As JDN continues to scale across key regional markets, strategic partnerships like this one ensure progress is inclusive, digital, and community-focused.
