Pamangan Fiestang Kapampangan serves Heritage on a Plate at Museo Ning Angeles

The rich culinary legacy of Pampanga takes the spotlight once again, with Pamangan Fiestang Kapampangan, the annual fundraising event of the Kuliat Foundation, Inc., unfolding right now at Museo Ning Angeles,

With tickets priced at ₱800, guests are treated to a true feast of Kapampangan flavors while supporting the preservation of cultural heritage through Museo Ning Angeles. The event is a major highlight of the city’s month-long Fiestang Kuliat celebration every October.

This year’s Pamangan brings together a stellar lineup of food institutions, homegrown eateries, culinary innovators, local favorites and Kapampangan staples. Among the participants are Batcha-Batchang Ulam, JDN Realty, Carreon’s Sweets & Pastries, Mila’s Tokwa’t Baboy, Century Hotel Angeles City, Mizulu, Dainty, Tollhouse, Grand Palazzo Royale, Armando’s Pizza & Pasta, Bale Dutung, and the legendary Aling Lucing’s, Bhar’z Kitchen, Maranao Grill, Ottie’s Refreshment, KCafé, Susie’s Cuisine, Cely’s Carinderia, Ikabud Packaging Pinoy, ISCAHM, Miniang Pamintuan, Perfect Loaf, Diosdado, and Delyn’s. Each brings signature dishes and well-loved flavors, showcasing why Pampanga is hailed as the culinary capital of the Philippines.

From classic fare like tokwa’t baboy, pancit, and Kapampangan kakanin to creative presentations of modern Filipino cuisine, the Pamangan spread is both a nod to tradition and a taste of innovation.
