The Department of Migrant Workers takes part in the celebration of the Philippines and Singapore Friendship Week.

With the theme “Engaging the Stakeholders with a Sense of Commitment and Genuine Partnership,” the Philippines Singapore Friendship Week is slated on July 18-19, 2024 at the DMW Central Office in Mandaluyong City
.
The week-long celebration will feature the stories of dedication, perseverance, and resilience of OFWs in Singapore through film showing and photo exhibit.

The DMW and the Singaporean Embassy will also provide educational seminars on the labor trends and career opportunities in Singapore, as well as learning sessions on Safe and Ethical Recruitment by the International Organization for Migration.
