The Philippine Red Cross – Tarlac Chapter, led by its Board of Directors headed by Chairman Jesus Cano Chua, paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Susan A. Yap on August 14, 2025, to strengthen partnerships and collaborative efforts in delivering timely humanitarian services to Tarlac City residents.
Joining Chua were Board Directors Luciano L. Paras Jr, Atty. Eliseo Martinez, Anne Belmonte, Jobel Chua, Rivo Raymundo Nisce, and James Richard Co.
The visit underscored the shared commitment of the PRC and the city government to work hand-in-hand in saving lives, promoting volunteerism, and bringing hope to communities in need.
