โค๏ธ Bawasan ang pagkain ng maaalat at matataba.
โค๏ธ Iwasan ang paninigarilyo at sobrang pag-inom ng alak.
โค๏ธ Regular na mag-ehersisyo.
โค๏ธ Bawasan o i-manage ang stress.
