Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel conducted an ocular inspection of the soon-to-be-inaugurated Kanlungan ng Kabataan reformation center for the homeless and youth on August 28, 2024.
Manuel was accompanied by Gender and Development Officer Mina Cabiles.
The Kanlungan ng Kabataan Reformation Center is a multifaceted facility, encompassing the Bahay Pag-Asa, Sagip Batang Solvent Reformation Center, and temporary shelters for homeless families and mentally-challenged individuals.
It aims to provide shelter and rehabilitation for homeless individuals and support youth in need of care and guidance.
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. is set to inaugurate Kanlungan ng Kabataan on September 3, 2024.
Meanwhile, displayed at the Kanlungan ng Kabataan are the children’s art works during the on-the-spot painting and exhibit last Children’s Arts Month 2024.
