On December 3, the 50th death anniversary of Former Pampanga Vice Governor and San Fernando Mayor, Rodolfo P. Hizon was commemorated.
Hizon was one of the longest serving mayors of San Fernando after the second World War. He also welcomed personalities in San Fernando such as Douglas McArthur, Ramon Magsaysay and Diosdado Macapagal.
