The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) and the Philippine National Police–Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) have formalized a partnership for the establishment of a Motor Vehicle Clearance Division (MVCD) satellite office inside Subic Freeport.

SBMA Chairman and Administrator Eduardo Jose L. AliΓ±o and Lt. Col. Jansky Andrew S. Jaafar, Officer-in-Charge of the PNP-HPG MVCD, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to set up the facility, which is expected to streamline motor vehicle clearance services for locators, stakeholders, and residents in the area.

The signing was capped with a handshake between AliΓ±o and Jaafar, signifying a strengthened collaboration to enhance public service within the Freeport.
