The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that starting today, the use of its iMessage online ticketing system at imessage.sec.gov.ph is now mandatory for all clients.
The SEC said requests submitted through Google Forms will no longer be accepted. However, services with dedicated portals—such as company registration through eSPARC, submission of annual reports via eFAST, and filing of amendments through eAMEND — will continue to be processed through their respective systems.
Through the upgraded iMessage platform, users can submit inquiries, requests, reports, and complaints online; upload supporting documents; track ticket status in real time; view the complete history of each ticket; and directly message the assigned SEC department.
The iMessage system is available for the following services offered by the SEC Tarlac Extension Office:
- Application for Monitoring Clearance for all types of corporations – Tarlac
- Certification of Paid-up Capital / Capital Structure / Percentage of Ownership – Tarlac
- Request for Affirmative Certification – Tarlac
- Request for Certificate of No Derogatory Information – Tarlac
- Request for Name Verification for Amendment – Tarlac
- Request for Payment Assessment Form (for payment of annual fees and penalties) – Tarlac
- Request for payment of fines on an installment basis – Tarlac
- Request for reduction of fines – Tarlac
To access iMessage, users are required to create an account under the Electronic SEC Universal Registration Environment (eSECURE) at esecure.sec.gov.ph. A tutorial video on how to register an eSECURE account is available at bit.ly/register-esecure.
The SEC encouraged all clients to create their iMessage accounts immediately to ensure seamless submission and efficient tracking of requests.
