SM Malls in Pampanga took part in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held on June 19, 2025, demonstrating their commitment to disaster readiness and public safety.

The drill was observed by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP), with the participation of mall tenants, affiliates, and employees. Participants practiced the standard earthquake safety protocol—“Drop, Cover, and Hold”—in a simulated scenario designed to strengthen emergency response capabilities.

The activity highlighted the importance of cultivating safety consciousness and honing response skills in the face of natural disasters. As part of the quarterly NSED initiative, the drill aims to instill a culture of preparedness in schools, workplaces, and communities nationwide.
